No one decks up or wears nauvari saree like kaku. That was generations ago. Ashwini’s anniversary look or Ayesha’s remarriage look wasn’t really Marathi look. Her initial marriage look was & that was way better Marathi’s don’t put Alta on auspicious occasions. People like Ayesha, Vihan, Omi kill words with terrible pronunciation. Neil is ok most of the time but has mixed up genders & they haven’t bothered to fix it. Shital Maulik must know Marathi well. She talks like one.

I hate it when they mispronounce Marathi words in Ghum. Even the intonation sometimes goes wrong.

No wonder. It used to bother me when Milindkaka from GC used to call Sai, Saai. He was supposed to be Maharashtrian & her fathers close friend. They should have cast that guy as some nonmarathi police colleague or correct him.
