I don't understand why films and itv shows south indians as people wearing saree especially half-saree and a lot of jasmine in hair....being a south india I never ever wore a half saree ...so are my friends..hindi itv shows has made fun of our languages and most of the time their drama will be from bramin family....perfect example of caste discrimination in itv ... and they have some common dialogues which is repeated every now and then and make fun of sambar and dosa....actually sambar is a marathi dish....without this basic knowledge everyone will associate it with kerala or tamil nadu....they portray all south indians as similar....but actual truth is even within a state the dialect of each district is different...and the set-saree is used as typecaste to show keralite...which is wore in one or two day in a year for celebration and long pleeted hair with bindi...kajal and a lot of glass bangles and anklet

Seriously! Despite Bollywood holding its roots in Mumbai, even Marathis are not spared.

In Ghum what was left was Kashtha and Nath and some random usage of marathi words.That also was long forgotten with making an appearance during remarriage only. The ML not just berating the profession of IPS but the integrity and brave, warrior spirit synonymous with Marathis.

Seriously? I’m confused if the girl is a Keralite or Tamilian. She is calling herself a Keralite but everything else around her is giving a feel of Tamilian

What a blunder they are showing in first promo ...if they don't know anything...atleast have searched in google...

There is no such ritual in kerala...in brahmin family I think the groom will put ring in toe of bride but not touching the feet....disgusting to core ...writing their own rituals and using name of kerala....pathetic team...

And they are destroying malayalam too by their pathaetic accent...my ears are bleeding hearing their accent..all the best to its viewers

I have opened a thread on harpaul mohini forum so that people won't fall for the show and get heartbreak

And it's ironical that BK implores everyone to live up to the Chavan heritage while doing a mockery of it in every episode
