Karan bullying Sara, video page 1,14,15 - Page 17

This reminding me how he tried to bully Divya in BB OTT while elevating Neha and shamitha. He deserves this backlash.

I was just watching a clip of kjo with Rani in kwk aeons ago (on reddit) and basically he goes on about her eating, piling her plate with food, her height etc

there was no particular outrage at that time

if that had happened now he would have been raked over coals

which makes me think, he was always this and the audience was less aware or did not bother or were too conditioned

as i get tired saying, it is a generational shift, social media and the lower/middle class, non english spekaing claiming their space from the elite, and kjo is a perfect representation of that

if we look back at kangana or pari-alia episodes there will be similar instances, kjo hasn't changed much though he may be more insecure, the audience has and he has not evolved

kangana and sushant coupled with sm, exposure to different content are the catalysts on the way

If I have to take sides between Sara and Jhanvi, Jhanvi anyday over Sara even though she is plastic and Jenner wannabe.

Sara is such a turn off in every possible way, so snobbish..she drips of fakeness every moment and she is full of lies...Pseudo intellect wannabe...

There is something endearing about Jhanvi in the way she talks even though she is also fake.

Wasnt Jhanvi conceived on the back of breaking Arjun’s mom heart, trust and home? What’s so good about her upbringing? Why didn’t Karan bring that? Sarah’s childhood is nothing compared to that. Jhanvi got love on the back of someone’s happiness, house and love. Arjun and his sister were abandoned for Jahnvi. It’s not Jhanvi fault, but that just shows how much her existence brought destruction to others because of her parents’ actions. Sarah wasn’t born that way and her existence didn’t cause grief, heartbreak and destruction to others.

Don’t understand why Karan brought the father issue. That was wrong to bring it on TV. It’s one thing to bring in private as a friend to talk about family life. But I don’t think Karan is of any well wisher to Sarah and he brought that out in the open. But he was right about Saif. He was a bad father and most likely still is. But Sarah has learnt to not be affected by it and think of the positive instead. Good for her.

I didn’t particularly found Karan bad about saying giving movies to Jhanvi. May be he wanted to console and was joking? And even if he does, it’s not a problem as long as he doesn’t snatch the roles and opportunities of others to give it to Jhanvi. Problem is he does and plays dirty. So I understand why it comes across problematic given his history. The rest about Jhanvi being hotter and taunting Sarah for being a good saver was cheap.

I mean if she had to retaliate, retaliate against the bully (Karan) not go for a soft target (Jhanvi). Her going after Jhanvi does make her look bad, who said nothing wrong to her. Because she can’t go after Karan, because she needs his movies but yeah take it out on Jhanvi, why is that okay? If something is wrong it’s wrong I’m gonna call it out. Nobody is a saint here.

Maybe because Jhanvi pretends to be her friend and feeds off gossip to her papa jo who loves to gossip and get gossip , how else does kjo know all about wht sara does and shops from.

And add rumours about Boney going bankrupt and responsible for Sri’s death , Boney is no doodh ka dhulla even if its rumours.

You can really see that he was picking on sara & behaving like those passive aggressive kids on school who'd look down on others, will not say the words but would make sure to make them feel horrible.

1st of all, everyone grows up in a different environment. I know Janvi didn't ask him to say all that BS, so I feel bad to even talk about it here but for her to get the princess treatment, 2 kids of his own father had to live a tough life. Is he not aware of that?

Then how one manage their expenses it's up to them. Not everyone would want to wear Gucci & still look like a clown. Wearing expensive doesn't make one exclusive. Saying "You are getting an amazing present but expensive too, which you would not know..." kind of shit. Like darn! The movie line was also deliberate. The tone, the way he said it conveyed much disgust. These people really never learn.

Being intellectual, letting your kids manage their life is all good but there are times when parents needs to be vocal for their kids. I just hope Saif & Amrita knows that.

Karan obviously knows that Saif doesn’t give too importance to Sara and Ibrahim. He probably just meets them for a lunch or dinner once in a while and funded their education. But otherwise has been a non existent father.

KJO being aware of the family dynamics wanted to rub it in Sara s face that “Hey, how does it feel that your father doesn’t care much about you ?”

It could also be that Bebo doesn’t like Sara much . They don’t follow each other on insta even though she follows Ibrahim . I know insta is not the barometer for a relationship but when they both follow so many others why not a member of your own family? Proves that the “image” they try and create is all fake and there are underlying tensions behind the scenes.
Coz of Bebo not liking Sara , KJo has also jumped on the bandwagon and could not even pretend to like Sara.

in the UK and USA, it's rare for parents to fund their education for the university as it is expensive, most have to take loans or do a part-time job

Bebo has always spoken fondly of sara

branded clothes and shoes are not something to mock someone about but has made her humble, the average person does not have those from their parent's money

Saif funding education ? I agree is not a small thing. But he is also equally responsible for their birth and therefore as the only earning parent at the time - he’s not doing it for anyone else but his own kids. Amrita too was struggling during that time and was not getting work ( she was past her prime) .it is well documented that She did act in tv too.

I didn’t mock about the branded clothes at all. Maybe Sara , her mum and bro couldn’t afford the jet setting lifestyle like other star kids , that is why she is so stingy and bargains. Most probablyshe must have seen a tough life as a kid and doesn’t want to spend all her money and wants to save.

Childhood experiences really shapes how one becomes an adult.
