Sorry for playing devil's advocate here, but it was not dialogue writer's mistake, it's selfish only, notice the dialogue tony says afterwards,

Sai: Tum please meri Kaku ko chhod do. Tumhe mere saath jo karna hai karo. Lekin please meri kaku ko chhod do.

Tony: Shaani mat ban jyada. Itna bhi selfish, hona achcha nahi hai, tune abhi ki na tere pati se bat ab buzurg ko bhi krne de unke bachche se bat.

Means he was sarcastically saying that, I know it's your right to talk with your husband, but you've already talk with him, now let the elder also talk with him, hence the selfish, that don't be selfish, let other also talk with your husband 😂😂😂😂
