I get your point. Again I am not supporting Aarohi or like her but disappointed with every TV show ruining professional characters to glorify leads. They did the same in KKIS with a scientist woman. But when it come to FLs to show mahaan and always right they will even show her topping tougher medical exams after doing family drama all day instead of studying. Agar yahi uski rival karti to they would have shown her cheating in exams or bribing some high position employees in hospital to become topper.

See both are professional characters if u think, just that one is in a noble profession but is vamp another isn't and not actively working. Tv never take any profession seriously, it's sad ips medicine workers gets bad publicity through them. The funniest part is Sai in ghum and chimli. One became ceo when she was 18 another topped when she never studied was busy with bhabhi lover 🤣

For ex remedial education or music therapy
