Didi ko tumor ho jayega. The team has no morals. Anything to get numbers. If you carefully see last week ka precap were Sai centric to get the audience. Seems they got some confidence to show surrogacy again. There has to be some change internally for them to get back the confidence. Maybe court case hoga to show that surrogacy was done illegally but in the end they have kept it.

Msin, as you said some time back, they might scrap sruthi 2 and fit Pakhi here. becasue virat doing the same thing for sruthi in sruthi 2 and pakhi looked repetitive in the original.

What i feel is as you said, it could be tumor or cancer. Virat will be under guilt seriously that he allowed the procedure. He will be under more guilt if Sai becomes pregnant. He got everything but he risked Pakhi's future by allowing an illegal procedure. And pakhi will soon realize through this hostage drama that SaiRat cant be separated. the baby gone and virat gone, and if it turns out to be tumor, she might go into depression. She might think tumor is the baby and all. Virat taking care of her under guilt and missing sai's delivery for her surgery. And then might be ujjanpur track. what say?

But this happens if Pakhi is redeemed. Not sure if they wanted to show her evil still.
