Obviously the makers are idiots! But I sincerely hope that the case is more that she is resident in the Surgery department, which a non MS resident can be. But they remain Junior Residents (generally leave in 1-2 years). So they are technically Surgery residents (at par with 1st year MS students) but not real surgeons.

Hospital is a joke waise. Aarohi has not had a single OBG/ENT/Ophtha/PSM/etc posting. Bas Surgery department mein hi thi. It is called clinical ROTATION for a reason.
