Well my guess is due to state emergency at the hospital Harshvardhan may get called back to help handle things. Their top doctor doesn't look to be hurt but is shaken up by a near death experience. Question is where is Akshu, Dr. Rohan, Neil, and Arohi? Did Akshu get hurt? I hope we don't have some memory loss track for her.
