I am not based in India and my timezone is complete opposite of IST, will that be okay? also would like to know more details on the sheep game since I have never played one before.

Sheep game is basically you have to answer from sheeps perspective, i.e what majority persons will answer. You will get points if your answer is answered by majority people. Do confirm if you're signing up. Rest Soni will make you understand.
