I absolutely love the attitude of I will state my view but I won’t impose my views. I am the same - I will state my point and leave it up to the reader. I don’t like where someone thinks I have to agree with them no matter what. That’s a dangerous mindset.

have said this before but hearing different opinions on dramas have made me grow as a person emotionally. like I posted before, the artsy intelligent dramas don't give me any reactions and leave me often confused. I actually get lost in such intellectual conversations where people use long words and sentences and I keep thinking "what is your point in one sentence?" 🤣 whereas these silly dramas where we dissect characters like naima have made me realize different views and different ways of tackling people and problems. it is far more interesting to me to watch these daily soaps!

Private insurance is very expensive and it depends on the cover. With Obamacare it helps but the threshold is very high. Most people unfortunately cannot afford unpaid leave so they have no choice but to go back to work.

Employment laws are lax too and very rarely it will favour an employee. It could simply mean not performing well when in reality they were not at work due to caring for a minor. My own sister took a years worth of unpaid leave and then left her job. Depends on the company too - I know Amazon, Microsoft, Apple, Tesla have good benefits but others not so much.

You should hear the governor of Texas who said if women don’t enjoy their rape they won’t get pregnant when asked what are your views on abortion when it’s because of a rape.

They are furious and blaming Donald trump as he got three conservatives on the bench. They are saying what about etopic pregnancy and other complications. Texas even has a law where if you are my neighbor and are getting an abortion I can have you arrested. How stupid is that?

I have a strong willed personality too lol and I am extremely liberal so I clash with almost everyone 😂😂😂😂😂

I don’t mind either or - long or short sentences but I prefer longer discussions and then there are times where I want to write one line. I have been told I am witty so I use that too and often it works and sometimes it doesn’t 😂😂😂

we see that in this drama as well -- where sadaf and sufiyan think the parents have to dance to their tune. I really don't understand this mindset that the parents have to support the children no matter what. why should they? as human beings, they are entitled to their own opinion and view based on their life experience. you are free to disagree with them but there is no law that says that parents have to blindly support your stupidity and that is the only way parental love will be displayed. I strongly disagree with that. as families, squabbling is not unhealthy -- rather not able to resolve your issues in a healthy manner is a problem. we should have different ideas within our family -- why not?! we are not clones even if we share the same blood.
