I really like how Akshu rejected the offer. But something must have happened for her to chnage her mind. I hope we get some explanation on why Akshu decided to rejoin Birla Hospital. (The real resson of course is PH cannot afford a separate hospital set so by hook or crook Akshu is going to get deposited back to Birla Hospital 😆)

Abhimanyu's questioning to Anand and Mahima was spot on but really wished he spoke to Akshu first about why she was there in the first place instead of again assuming something only to get an answer he wasn't counting on Akshu needs to also learn to stop Abhimanyu when he starts his rash behavior so she can talk to him before he goes off and lectures someone or starts going kyun, kyun ,kyun 🤓

Anyways these two haven't really patched up and they still have a long way to go on communicating. But we still see the love they have for each other.

mimi has been giving some really good advises off late and I am lking it. Lets wait till tomorrow to see why she joined birlas.

Abhi was spot on but as I said communication is missing from both the sides, and this is where they lack I wish they start talking and sharing things more. Akshu had always been like that to keep things on her own and abhi reacts before listening to whole thing. They really need to move past this and come together

We have seen more than enough hints that the love is still there. Both of them sort of calm down. Now both of them are being awkward cause neither one will make the first move to start the patch up.

I think the small small step they are taking is kind of move only which they are making may be like abhi standing up for akshu or asking to go to party together, slowly slowly they are coming onto their own and soon will be same loving couple with more understanding and deeper bond

I don't see them making her head of the department. She has no experience. I actually think she needs to go back to school for a Masters before she should be made head of the department. But this show has no logic 🤔 so why do I say such logical things?

I agree, cant forget what all he and all goenkas have done with Akshu and I wish when he was talking about abhi's ego akshu had shut him again but maybe it is saved for later
