Hot star rejecting advance episodes because it has lost viewership.. Then why would they stop it all of a sudden if it's getting them profit.. It's really not hard to analyze

The parameter of online rating is confusing and not correct.. That I'm saying as pery experience for other shows I watched

Now coming to trp of Ghum, it's now cut to cut competition with other shows.. Let's see what happens in the upcoming weeks..

I think the channel warned PH that since you can’t deliver stop it or because surrogacy is supposedly their trump card. They don’t want any leaks or audience reaction to ruin it for TV audience. Even I don’t buy their logic ki online ratings are dipping because it is 30+ now. Feku log

What trump card.. Lols .its already seeing dip in numbers since Samrat death.. The only thing we don't know actual impression like they used release two/three years back..

Over all channel has lost huge number of viewership because of similar tracks in all shows.. Except Anupapa, which is fairly holding it's top position..

Channel only wants profit.. Ghum was giving them profit from both hot star and from TV.. There is no reason for them stop all of a sudden advance episodes... Ph may not serve on time still managed to give advance episodes.. Unless ph called it quit because they are literally racing against the time..

I know.. i don't mean necessarily shutting shop but more of a warning type... To rework on the stuff they are showing.

I have been harping since long that they should stop the advance telecast... Because neither they improve the story nor work with better acting /camera angles... And neither do they reshoot scenes for TV audience...

Isse acchha time leke dhang se kuch episode likho aur banao...

Even if it leads to a miniscule change in the content... I would be happy...

I hope the use of BDs would be reduced... Poorly acted scenes would be reshot and hopefully thevcast crew gets the much deserved rest for some days.

Very true. Their viewer experience is horrible. No viewer is left satisfied with the episodes. Once in 3 months kuch Achcha lagta hai Baki there are no small joys. They should rectify that

Came back to this forum after a long time. Thought to share my thoughts on this thread before it ends.

I have actually been expecting this..Patralekha's dhamaka. The spider web promo actually got me interested back but the way the story were going with Malhar, Dr Thorat and Jagtap got me ghum. Its like they had a target to achieve and made a kichdi to reach it. Dont know why they brought back Jagtap, he is suddenly forgotten after Samrat's death. Virat who put Sai in safe house in GC is suddenly so careless of her safety when Jagtap came parading into his house and cut electricity and water. Anyways, the promo reminded me back of holi. Last holi P didnt try to put color on Virat even when Samrat was missing. This time Samrat is back but she didnt put color on Samrat and neither Samrat on P. I had this thought that nothing will happen between Sam-P. But she put color on Virat and covered the color by V on Sai. Interestingly, it was red, not pink. Virat had associated pink with love and red with marriage. At that point I thought P would use her marriage to separate V and S, so I thought it would be fake pregnancy. But Samrat's death promo and P saying Mrs Virat Chavan changed the whole thing. S got her intention and had her head held high as if ready to face her. P put color on V while he was on dosti jaap being inebriated, he will be the bholuram he is. And when P put color on S she said something about balancing account. P believes S has snatched V from her so she will snatch back V from S to make it even.

Samrat saying P is falling for him and P's reaction to his death has made them believe P has let go of her past and is in love with Sam. S-V and NinAsh was doubtful of P. I did not even expect him to doubt P initially, but he had bought P's story at face value, Ninad too. But him suggesting P as surrogate so that she will have purpose in life is baffling honestly. Someone who talked openly about bahu having career but does not think about what will happen to P after delivery. He is only thinking of having the surrogate with them so she can be taken care of. Glad atleast Ashwini is still wary of P.

P had always questioned V what S has that she doesnt. Now she feels she have something that V wants but S doesnt have. That was her boost. She certainly did not register V wants S-V's child, and their option is adoption or surrogacy at the cafe. Her dialogs in her imagination showed that she wants to give V-P's baby through marriage. When Sam was alive all she could do was 'waqt bitana' with V. Without Sam she can achieve her dream to be Mrs Virat Chavan. The promo or precap with S-V and P singing, also the 'subah sapna' that mostly becomes true, kinda showed that P will be the surrogate. Thats where I think they said S only have one healthy egg as a final chance to be a mother. V will probably agree to P as surragate because of the time constraint in desperation to have own child with S.

P's previous major plans (Sangeeta letter and sending Ajinkya to S-V room) was known to BK, and covered for her. This time P is playing double game with the help of her mother. Her dialog 'I have nothing to lose.. a lot to gain' clearly showed her determined but dangerous mind. Before she could put the blame on Virat or Samrat, but this time its on her own. Madhuri and the gangster which attacked Sai is liability for her. I feeI this will be P's pardafash. The night of the cowrie thing, P has questioned BK's attention to S and that S's mask of being achi bahu will come off. I actually said sarcastically to myself that its you who wants attention and is wearing a mask. She wanted to get pregnant so that she will get attention Sai is getting. I actually had a good laugh when she said Kaku gave back her place when S went for internship. That is S's place only, never yours. Another thing is the pearl necklace. BK said said something about Sam not seeing S's real color and P is 'sache moti', and it broke before she wore it.

After marriage, P entered CN ulta as Samrat's wife to be near Virat. But this time, the shot when she steps in CN with Mansi as Sam's widow to be with Virat didnt give me good feeling. Somehow I feel P will succeed this time and there will be separation. S-V first 7 phera had them talking about the deal. The deal ended and they took 7 phera again. But this time it had S will become bahu, not doctor. Maybe when S's internship ends there will be separation. Again this is just my prediction. If there is a separation, I dont think Sai will be pregnant this time. The doctor said Sai will not be able to be a mother for the next few years or even forever. Maybe there will be a leap of few years, and pregnancy will happen after reconcillation.

I am really hoping the whole cowrie thing was indicating Sai's womb. First shell breaking is miscarriage and injury to her womb. I am really hoping Mahantji putting 'powder' on the cowrie landing on P's lap and giving back to S to be kept safe is an act of protection and baby will come from S. Keeping my fingers crossed. Hopefully they will not make the surrogacy as a way to ww her.

One thing that I did not get was why would P carry S's baby even if it also V's. Her hatred for S is certainly bigger than her 'love' for V or Sam. She is confident V will give full attention to her and S will lose her importance in V's life with time. But the 'subah sapna' breaks with S calling V. Maybe V might give attention to her but S will still be there, P will definitely want to out S. Maybe, she will try to kill the fetus so that S will lose her chance at being mother and useless to give chirag, and somehow V will be made to have dusri shaadi. Maybe.

I didn't say that ghum will shut shop because ghum is facing tough competitive with relatively okeish numbers..

The truth is it has indeed facing difficulties to get good ratings unlike they used to hold number two spot without any competition..
