Either Shera is an accomplice of Fareed.... Maybe Shera wants some revenge from Arun Nanda and is helping fareed.

Or maybe Fareed is blackmailing Shera to do it....

But my doubt is how come even Arun Nanda and Veera recognised Abhishek when he first entered...
