Wow forum has been popping today!!! Upset I’m missing out 😂 been running around and now have a headache so took some medicine and sat down to breathe and check the forum 😂.

Ok so just something quick, I agree and don’t believe that they fear DK because he’s some scary tyrant. If they do have any fear, it’s more like a worry of hurting his feelings or to avoid his anger, which is something we have when we deal with family or anyone in general (those close to us). DK earned his stature through love and respect. If it was just the fear of him, they would not talk highly of him otherwise. They genuinely respect him and acknowledge his sacrifices and contributions for their family. Then, when he got married, Mai continued to do the same with him. We love and respect our parents and don’t behave in a manner they wouldn’t approve of out of the fear of the consequences that they would bestow upon us. That is the fear that is shown here. When you live in a joint family, there are difference of opinions and just too many view points in general, usually (not always though) the eldest is given the respect to have that final say. Just my thoughts here

This is the wedding night. It was too funny that she only stops when he says kaka 😂. Shashank bechara was like what’s her obsession with the collar. She goes for it always 😂, once before marriage and then once after when he wouldn’t tell her how the puran puri was 😂.

It is Mai who stands unsure how Apurva and Shashank will live together as they are constantly fighting and Dada-Kaka gives her an example that this is the same Apurva who had said that she won't touch the feet of the people she doesn't know when she had met them jn Sumi's wedding and look at her now - how sincerely she is trying to take care of everyone's wishes. He was basically just making Mai see how Apurva and Shashank will have a just fine married life despite the huge difference in thsir personalities.

Thank you Harshada and Ishqi for clearing it up. I am like ok so that means must have missed more such details as well. I got worried for a second when I read about the bowing down part lol. Dr. K wanted the K family to show Apurva the meaning of a family and discipline. So DK was just highlighting to Mai that tApurva is changing and is different from when they first met her so nothing to worry about. They will be fine.

I love the wedding episodes so I am happy they’re lighthearted.

Also, I would term the K family more as traditional not conservative. At the end of the day, they also have to understand where they live and the people surrounding.

Agreed Jolly, I don’t think Shashank will say much this time but I think that one line will be enough for her to believe that no one in the family is understanding her. It will just be a different scene for her. She has always been DK’s ladli so this will be hard for her as it is. When Khadus will not be say anything in support and rather say that one line, it will be enough for her (he will be angry she broke his promise and now has to deal with DK’s anger, which is something he always told her to avoid). He will feel helplessness.

I do want her to go home just so we get to watch something different lol. I am afraid though that Apu’s fault will be overlooked without her realizing anything. It’ll be just the family and then Khadus apologizing and appreciating her. If she doesn’t realize her fault, how will their relationship progress. Both have to understand their flaws and work on them. We can expect only Khadus to so that.

Apurva becomes emotional

Apurva sheds tears of joy as she watches Avantika and Madhavi united. After arriving home, Madhavi decides to prepare Avantika’s favorite dishes.

Disappointed with the preview today 🤷🏻‍♀️, not very telling. Nothing that we didn’t already know from the end of the last episode and the precap for today’s episode.

I wonder if Mai making the dishes for Avantika because there will be a second meeting or just because she is super happy. It is early to prepare for her coming home correct?
