Niyati fails to feed Yuvan. Banni lovingly completes the work. Manini scolds Niyati for failing to do as per planned.
yuvan is very happy to be fed by Banni and hugs her giving Banni awkward embarrassing moments. He states he wanted only Banni and nit gandi pari Niyati . Banni explains to him lovingly that she was his good friend while Niyati was going to be his wife.

Banni reaches home and is shocked tk learn that his uncle had taken loan of 3 lakhs from the local goon n had failed to repay , he had offered Banni’s hand in marriage instead . Banni is furious to learn his uncle had sole her off, she shouts at the goon and orders him out n refuses his gifts n to marry him.

Dada sa and Daadi are very happy when Banni accidentally leaves kumkum footprints as she enters the house to collect her slippers . They feel this was divine signal that Banni was soon going to become their ghar ki Laxmi .
Yuvan learns that he was going to get engaged to Niyati , he is explained by Manini about the two rings meant for Niyati Yuvan engagement , Yuvan snatches the engagement ring n rushes tk Banni and wants her to wear his ring . Manini, Niyati and Dada ji are shocked .
