Even, I had the same doubts. Because the story is moving with so much pace, unable to understand did she really loved him. Because I don't want to sound as moron but have never seen her missing him again. Maybe wanna portray as typical bahu who shouldn't think about other male. Generally it should go in a little bit slow one. Should make her first come out of her grief then friendship and then love/ physical intimacy. But here kuch alag level chal rahi hai.
For Kanha, as Dhanaraj once said he never spoken about his and Anjali's relationship maybe it was some kinda infatuation. And he is Chiru's bhakt, and his promise to keep Sayu happy that is understandable.
