They used to get Jubin every year to sing a few lines. But I think he may be beyond their "had been" budget now 🤣

Although, if yesteryear people are the requirement, they could also include actresses like Madhuri, Aish, Preity, Juhi... great bunch of songs and possibly sensible comments. Though I guess they won't be available to spare time for TCT's measly budget 🤪 Must be some contract with the same bunch of people like you said.

She was one of the original group which fought for singers' copyrights to their work. Right now, as I understand, singers pay the film producers for singing even their own songs in concerts. Sonu Nigam. Shreya Ghoshal were among the original group that raised this issue. Then both got sidelined. You might have noticed that in the last 3 or 4 years they have done very little work in Hindi films as compared to the volume they used to do earlier. So they had to increaese their work in regional movies.

Every year Both do concerts in UK, Europe, America and Canada. Understand More money doing each concert date than singing a song in a film.

But unless the guests sponsor the episode themselves to stay relevant instead of the show paying them, I don't underatand the necessity of guests either. There is so much creative scope for a kids singing reality show - make it theme based, make duets, duels, battles, add some fun antakshari type elements. It would make iTV so much fun. I've had enough of bored-looking kids trying to show enthusiasm for guests they never knew about

Felix we have to bear this torture again with the same repetitive guest and agree instead of calling guest make a theme that doesn’t require guest like you mention above like battles and stuff. Like you said make it fun like friendship special, Disney special and let them sing whatever the song and kids can share their favorite Disney movie or character or any experience related to it there is so much more if they can explore. But now days weather daily soap ya reality sabko ek hi chiz karna hai aisa lagta jaise competition chal raha hai baccho ka nahi production team walo ka.

Can the dress designing team make such changes to all the contestants and captains please! I assume the judges have their own designers.
It will be nice too see them all in variety of outfits even with budget restraints they should be able to bring in that change.

The problem I have is that when they sing songs that were sung by Arunita in Idol - I just can't get that Idol performance out of my head. I wouldn't be a very good judge in a music contest.
