So at this moment he has no one....he doesn't have Manjari because he cannot deal with her RN...which is good because mata is soooo annoying. He doesn't have Neil who he had during that shaadi that can't be talked about track so he cannot cry to him...and most importantly he doesn't have the one person who is his love and soulmate and his only friend and confidante.

I feel like we might get a scene where something happens to Akshu and he feels it and he is unable to get in touch with her and then she appears at BHosp and is badly hurt and he has to operate on her. Now she is his wife...he will crumble.
