Haan that would literally mean she's losing a 100 times (like a hyperbole)...basically that she's falling madly for him.

To me also its one sided mehak side only.

No no 100 100 nai hai, saan saan sa hai, saan in punjabi means saans as in breath. I am losing my breath. I feel shamsher usko itna suffocate kardega ki she is losing her breath or cant breathe.

Main tak tak haari haari to mujhe kabhi samjh nai aaya, tak tak or takna in punjabi means dekhna, or stare karte rehna in short main teri rah taak rahi thi, so she kept on looking or staring and main tere utton vaari means, sacrifice, so I am sacrificing myself on you.

Looking at the plot what I feel she has given up sacrificed herself in front of his zidd and obsession, or maybe love where she feels so suffocated that she is losing her breath.
