Anupama definitely has done a very good job of truly showing "grey" characters.. whether that be toshu, kavya, vanraj. They all actually have moments on the show where they have been genuine. They all act very well. Whereas in ghkkpm its a joke. Anupama is number one show for a reason. Ghkkpm could have defeated it if they didn't kill their own golden goose.

I personally find Anupama very irritating. But it’s no 1 show so I guess people like that OTT type. I follow Aai kuthe Kay karte, Marathi version & like that a lot. Way superior even acting wise & relationships feel real. You actually occasionally feel bad for the Vamp & see her POV.

Humaara ML toh mushkil seh 2-4 dance step with FL aur ek lift karta hai. Khud ke show ke FL ke saath bytes/promos/IVs toh bahut kam deta hai so obviously channel also doesn't care so much to give them footage when they have MaAn opposite them. And our PH cares 2 hoots too. Ghkkpm has done this to themselves thanks to the unprofessionalism of certain people.

The camaraderie of Anu Aunty show is better than ghkkpm. Anuj , Vanraj are entertaining. Bass phir.

i disagree. They gave too much footage to Anupama. They could have used Neil’s dancing skills. They are getting paid to do the show & he loves to dance so don’t think he would have refused. But they just ignored ghum team. Everything is staged so the channel decides what to show.

Difference between ghkkpm and anupama is anupamaa gives a hope to live whereas ghum creates a fear in mind never be a pure soul...all you receive will be miseries...so better be selfish....this is what I feels while watching ghum...so I stopped it for my well being...

Starplus supporting dkp is normal....they have given sitara a show which is successfully running for 13 years....and anupamaa will encourage woman in future atleast for 1 percent to come out from toxic relationships whereas ghum will provide c grade storyline

Its irritating no doubt but its a much better packaged show in terms if plot, direction, acting, everything! Thats why its number 1. They have a formula but it's not stale n rinse/repeat. They know how to walk a tight rope in terms of going overboard and regressive. They have heeded audience feedback too. Like when audience was outraged that V was acting all mahaan about domestic abuse of Mukku, they made sure Anupama told V that he also abused.

So they are way better content wise than ghkkpm even though ghkkpm had SO much potential to be better than any other show. And chemistry of Sairat even now at their lowest low is unmatched by anyone else

But that "staging" is based on demand. Anu Aunty is number one show. They are more popular hence more footage. Sairat are very loved - certainly by us on ghkkpm forum who would prefer them to Anu Aunty but they cant beat Anupama in TRP/populaity game. Numbers are there. So when they have MaAn and Anu aunty why to give footage to ghkkpm. Plus NB ki dancing dekhne ke liye ye boogie woogie nahi hai. They are not gonna force a Sairat performance when they have a MaAn available. If on the other hand Sairat had more buzz due to consistent content about them they may have given more moments instead of cutting it.

In yrkkh next week we are getting romance moment of the leads. But for ghkkpm they gave Sai and kaku romance instead of the leads. It is 100 % due to actors behavior off screen and perception.

We can agree to disagree. I watched few episodes of Anupama & couldn’t tolerate where are I watched few episodes of ghum & went back to watch it from the beginning & do rewatch some episodes. I agree about ghum potential not being utilized.

Anupama is not about chemistry of a couple so may be it may have different audience.

Heard there was a short dance by leads of both shows but they cut both. And released Sairats n uncut scenes. They r guessing because all 4 leads were on stage at that time if we see BTS.

I dont watch Anu aunty consistently either because i find it preachy and I want to watch a story about young couple rather than the Anu Aunty genre coz I have seen that before. What I'm saying is the numbers are there to show that their content is ruling the charts very consistently. So you or me preferring ghum is not gonna make Star plus stop giving limelight to Anu. because Anupama is their top show. Star will always give footage to Anupama and they deserve it as trp toppers. I personally would have wanted Sairat moments too but can't say I'm surprised by them cutting things out. Jab humaare khud ke makers cut Sairat out, dusron seh kya ummeed.

Honestly, it's not just about Ghum. There are some shows that hardly get attention but they're doing well like YHC. All the shows should get attention.

I think they will focus gradually on all the shows invited.

But this should has brought out clearly the lack of camaraderie within the Ghum cast. When Virat lifted Sai, the other cast members seated looked so tense. Whereas in other shows, the team members cheer whoever is on stage.

It's the PH that has been too too indulgent initially and now they can't control the consequences.

God knows why the channel is not showing those Sairat clips. If not for Sairat, everything falls apart in Ghum !
