I think he recognised her yesterday itself shortly after she jumped out from under the table next to him. He pointed a recognising finger at her and was about to out her but the way she turned away from him and was emphasizing her buck teeth gave him enough pause to think that if she was in disguise she would have a legit reason for it so he didn't say anything thereafter.

I am also in-between, a lot of moments pointing towards he knows then I don't trust these makers.

If Sundar can them Aryan should from a drama's /direction point.
