Legally I don’t know whether they both have rights on that house. But if mansi has stake in that house then samrat and by extension pakhi has rights too. Emotionally samrat might be the son of the house but when things go bad, people talk legalities only. Especially people like BK and pakhi.

pakhi using legality without talking about Mansi’s stake doesn’t work. Anyways I assumed mansi always had stake in the house.


Pakhi has a bad habit of comparing with sai. Sai owns the house literally and figuratively because she owns the people too! She is responsible towards the house like BK is. Pakhi wants to own only one person that too which is out of reach 🤣. Just saying she has rights on the house doesn’t mean anything. People in the house should think you have rights. Sai earned the rights, so she can command them. Pakhi will be thrown out when things go bad with the people of the house. Because she never earned anything. 🤪 today she said she is following sai by commanding them. But she will not get the expected results.

I agree her intentions are wrong .. but Chavan niwas is we’re wrong in throwing out samrat’s family in 2 weeks of his death .. this is what only the toxic Chavans can do .. it happens in households., but it should not.

When patralekha asks for a stake in virat she should be stopped .. when she wants to take Sai’s place she has to be stopped

but her claiming her right in the house as samrat’s widow is not wrong at all .. she has given years in this house served the oldies .. yes she buttered them well and they kept her in good humour .. throwing her out of the house is crass

Mansi has full right to be in the house. It was never cleared but probably usko uske pati ke ghar se nikal diya tha tabhi to she was staying here.

Sai and V have a responsibility to her. Afterall her son died for them. And these two are not the kind of persons to let someone out when the usability ends.

Infact had they been living separately, I would have expected them to take Mansi in.

P ka bhi ghar aana thik hai until she decides to move out or get married again. You cannot deny a woman a right to her husband's property, certainly not when he is dead.

This all depends whether Sam had any share in CN. But if she is back then it means he had. Otherwise they could have thrown her out.

And if Shivani is living in CN with Rajeev why not Mansi???

P should technically forfeit her rights the day she gets married again... If and when that happens 😜
