I agree with you on certain pointers. P will get nothing out of all this. But one reason what takes away all of that is her own selfish and self destructive mind. For the person she is. She always had a choice at a better life, but she refuses to acknowledge or value it. Instead, she always eyes and desires for something which is immoral and is not rightful. And she is evil in her thinking and feelings for others

For eg - P cursed Sai in her vulnerable state. But she would have done the same even if she wasn’t. She has cursed V and Sai before as well. When she was in much saner state, just because she couldn’t get wanted she wanted. And I refuse to agree that when she cursed Sai this time she wasn’t feeling J of her baby and she didn’t want to have one. That is her character. It may sound twisted. But while her words may have been for Sai, but she indirectly didn’t want Sai to be a mother, because she wasn’t able to become one. Its the difference between the words used and malicious feelings of the person. I wouldn’t say P doesn’t deserve to be a mother, but if and when she does, with such a character is she fit to raise a child? What will she make out of that child? Something similar to what her mother made her? Claiming something that belongs to others? And wishing ill for others?

And people like P will move on. Because for them they matter the most. So she will seek out her happiness. Whether or not by destroying others is destiny. Atleast till she is reformed.

To her credit she accepted that sai is only woman in his life, didn’t try to instigate him or separate him from Sai. Actually exactly opposite. She asked him to get back with Sai & encouraged Sai not to give up on their relationship

She was all over the place and one day she'd say oh get back with Sai. Next day she'd be badmouthing Sai n his family n taking the onus to care for him like she was really his wife and hugging him, confessing love n trying to get close. And she had umpteen opportunites to disclose the truth to Sai but only tried once halfheartedly. Thats it. She heard about the divorce and still did nothing. She eventually gave up and left because she knew that it was between jail n rehab. And if she wanted rehab she couldn't really be with V. V wasnt really interested in her romantically even though he gave her leeway n ignored Sai to care for her n she wanted to play mahaan. But if V had shown interest, she'd have stayed. She liked playing a double game. Wanted his attention but also did not want to destroy a marriage.
