If parents want to give - upon their passing - they may donate it or share it with their children should be their choice.
If there is a question of family business then that is always laid out in terms when it's setup or trusts setup to handle the splits etc - there is no passing of the parcel!
In case of stepchildren and all, it's not as if it's an equal share - and now choti Anu will also be joining - it is Anuj's prerogative who he wants to give an allowance or any or part of the business !!!
