I'm guessing that was planned for publicity. Everyone by now knows the negativity that surrounds those two and how Ghum fans can't stand them. They purposely released that video of Arjun saying it as an insult. Look at how many times people have shared it on Twitter. None of the other shows of SP has offscreen hype/drama like ours.

But it's also shameful for those clowns that they are used for such negative publicity. I guess they don't care about their image as long as they get attention.
