Pakhi ka grief would have been believeable if it had been for a long time... This was just a few days ka thing.. just like yoga love..

Look at the memories she has of him... Those are of when she flipped her behaviour. She didn't even remember her wedding... She lost a friend not a husband... She didn't lose love because it was not there in the first place. All she lost is a companion...

She never really treated him as a human being... Forget treating him as a husband. Wished for his departure many times. Even during her first wedding anniversary when MB goes to temple and berates her for forgetting it, the woman has audacity to say that Sam may not come back. To his mother 🥺

Agar ye uska change of behaviour... Gradual hota... Kafi time se usko soft hote dikhate to shayad yakeen hota. She only changed her attitude after SaiRat confession... When she realised that V is gone forever and there is no way of getting him back. Ghum timeline se it's a month mostly... Compared to the five years she was supposedly his wife. 👎🏼

In contrast the grief of CN people (even Karishma) looked genuine because they had that attachment to Sam.

Whatever the makers are trying to do by portraying her as bechari and generate pity for her... Audience doesn't have amnesia like they do. Hum nahi yakeen kar sakte ki Pakhi ka dukh asli hai.

Makers don't intend to gain sympathy for Pakhi..even the promo suggested that.. KD was written by an woman who is a politician and social worker of kolkata.. Her understanding of human emotions are multiple fold better than vanker.. He can't reach to her level..

The pain of loosing husband at this age is too much... That was shown in original KD... RK could not speak for three days after badsha's demise.. Her grief was real.. RK was grey not a vile.. She was more of a human..

Even Ekta handled Shagun's character with care .she was grey but there was a woman inside her..her character development was beautiful ..

Now coming to ghum..didnt watch the episode.. I can't be the sadist to watch such things, a girl is getting tortured for no reason..

The episode and the upcoming track will be poignant if we see growth in both lead characters.Which seem unlikely to happen.. Virat doesn't move a inch watching his pregnant wife getting abused and Sai is blaming herself for whatever happened don't give me any good vibes.. The problem with GHUM that there is no character development given the timeline...its so frustrating to watch..

I'm amazed SP has anupama on one side and they have Ghum as well.

In any situation everyone makes sure pregnant woman is treated well. Only in this show it's happening. Can't believe what nonsense they're showing. And this Virat hasn't shown any love for Sai ever since Shruti track started. All hopes now lies on TRP audience.

There were many episodes I have seen Shaun sent food for ishita.. Her character development was multidimensional...

And all other characters could sense her vileness..

Over here all supporting characters are mere showpiece in this show. .no wonder every now and then actors leave

Yes pakhi slapped Sai it was wrong ..her anger against Sai has simmered for a very very long time and it came out bursting ..

but as samrat’s widow she vented out her grief .. we know she will flip .. but right now she herself doesn’t believe it

Not allowing sai to go for Antim darshan .. I think she did a favour to sai and her unborn kid .. in Hindu traditions .. a pregnant lady is not taken for these rituals unless very very necessary… it is stressful and also attracts negative energies towards them ..

BK should have kept ashwini also to take care of sai .. if she values the heir ..

sai was crying alone but she said I have never done anything wrong .. I did not like that dialogue ..nobody should have this superiority complex .. it did not suit sai at all ..Sai is racking in guilt .. and looks like she will give pakhi a lot of Lee way

Precap : Mansi is having an asthma attack she refuses to get treated with sai blaming her .. but I feel she will relent soon.. hearing sam’s aakhri wish .. she will forgive her ..

Very sad episode. Everyone acted well. Sai will give pakhi the leeway till she gets her real motive. Mansi will be the first one to forgive sai. BK will side with sai eventually as now she is also absorbing the loss.

P.S I literally couldn't believe some comments on IG calling sai manhus jisne do baar pakhi ki khushi chhin li😡

Didn't sit well with me for various reasons. Even on the emotional front.

I was upset yesterday when P slapped Sai. V didn't react. Fine ... Pehla wala shocking tha... But these two weren't... He could have stopped her then and there... But alas... The guilt overpowers... And it's Ashwini and not V who stops the slaps. Phir bhi ek chij thik hai that he was sitting with Sai.

Wah makers!!!! Why so much leeway for Pakhi???

P stopping Sai for the cremation is fine. Also the woman of the house shouldn't have gone too.. certainly not the religious and superstitious ones like BK. All of them could have stayed home. V finally speaks a few lines for Sai but that last look is full of guilt. As if 'bear all of this for me'. High expectations indeed when he had in the past left her alone. She still will be. I don't see him standing up much. Not yet atleast. Until something eye opening happens.

Sai ka hurt is understandable. I didn't find the dialogue wrong in a sense that she didn't do any mistake deliberately. It was circumstantial that she was in the centre of it all. Acting wise the outburst could have been better.

Verdict:

Sad episode but not well done.

I hope to see something else in future and especially from CN people.

Pakhi has always been vile and venomous towards Sai and since it is well known to all... No one stopped her from vomiting her poison towards Sai. Also, she is projecting her pain and hurt.

But all of them know that the relationship has just started. P herself says to Sam's dead body.. abhi to hamari dosti shuru hui hai... Is do din ki dosti ke liye itna drama doesn't match up. Neither is blaming it all on Sai. P held V's collar and asked him Sai's fault. She could have very well asked him why he didn't reach her. Ofcourse no one knows and ab kabhi pata bhi nahi chalega that Sai called V first.

However much they whitewash her... I can never have sympathy for Pakhi... Ever.... She very selfishly kept Sam away from her, humiliated him, berated him and never really treated him as a human being. Had no empathy for him and his feelings and so suddenly being all worried and soft for him isnt agreeable. She brought this upon herself ... Even wished for his death countless times.

Even in the last moments... All she remembers is the last hug and not even her wedding... That's the clue... That's her only attachment to him... She lost a friend and not a husband. Never treated him as one. Sadly she is too immature to realise that and has an easy target in Sai.

I do hope when things cool down someone atleast voices this... I have hopes on Karishma. She seemed genuinely disturbed by Sams death but she was the one standing with Sai and she is also the one who very well knows P's intentions. Even had a smirk when P was all Gaga about having SR with Sam.

Another person who could stand with Sai is BK... For whatever her earlier objections... Sai is now giving her something she wants... An heir... She may not retort to P but she has to make sure Sai is protected. I do hope that even for her patriarchal and opportunistic attitude, BK genuinely warms up to Sai. Anyway having an heir from her fav bahu is not possible now.. so BK has to look out for Sai.

Even Mansi will not blame Sai for long even though it looks like that in precap. That's an immediate reaction and not long-term. And totally logical from a mother who has lost her son. MB has so far been quite a sensible person and mostly impartial. I agree that the situation is diff here but still... She may soften in long term.. just like she does when Sai mentions the vaada.

Have no hopes from Tanvi wali Shivani...she hasn't been able to capture the essence Yamini did. Neither Vihaan wala Mohit... So even if they support Sai.. it would look like token.

Suicide attempt looks probable and when V saves her...( I hope no CPR 🤢).... P will flip... she might realise that she cannot get V (he cannot love her) but she can deny Sai that happiness by separating SaiRat... that looks like her potential game plan... Fake pregnancy might be on the way.

Which also sits with BK sitting with Sai and the national geographic promo.

Expected better writing looking at previous two episodes. But was filler with sad songs.

P.S... P cribs about Sai being an apshagun conveniently forgetting that she was the one who entered Cn with the wrong foot... Irony galore

Apt review...so tomorrow most probably didi going for suicide n virat saving her🤔 didi's parents will be after sai's life
