I don't see this as a repeat of accident tandav and confrontation. I truly think that doctor is going to tell Harsh that Akshu took the reports + then Harsh will blast her/ Abhi will intervene. He might ask her and she will say she didn't do it + he will believe her. Otherwise it's just the same track and scenario all over again and all of this Abhira progression is for nothing.I’m hoping Akshu tells Abhi she was tempted to pick up the reports but controlled herself ahead of the mess so he knows she didn’t break her promise.

I think that paper that Abhi picks up has been crumpled by Neil. He is crying in the precap. So I guess he bumped into Aarohi and found the paper and then this entire thing will happen. How Abhi reacts is also dependent on if his truth comes out at the same time as Neil's. Either way, he is going to be emotionally wrecked and it's going to be so heartbreaking.
