I can actually understand the psyche of telling people things when you are kidnapped/gunpoint because it keeps them engaged/distracted and sometimes something may hit a nerve/chord and help.

If Sai is potentially getting assaulted or dying herself she may as well try everything to prevent it.

Perhaps her thinking is that he may find her "unattractive" or not conquest worthy as a pregnant person.
