I agree completely... but I dont want to comment on offscreen... purely personal reasons.

I have been saying this from months... stop advance episodes... give enough time to actors, writers... the whole team... this is just pure overworking them... writers bakwas likhte hai... ye log bina retakes ke shots dete hai... aur vo bhi na ho to BD ke saath dete hai.... agar inko pressure na ho advance episode ka to shayad kuch improvement ho...

And now they are also shooting for weekend show... kitna stress denge in logo ko???

God forbid leads main se koi bimaar hua is sab se to kya hoga? Tab to band hi karna padega na?

Channel seriously needs to stop giving advance episode.. Not because of nail but the quality of writing as a whole.

They are anyway barely keeping up with daily episode telecast timings anyway. They have been running 1-2 episodes behind schedule this week. So they have taken leeway. Channel/hotstar has allowed them to delay episodes for literally every day for the last 2-3 months! So iss seh zyaada what more room can be given. Jab supposedly itne "tight" schedule mein bhi ML can take days off for personal reasons then its really not gonna be any different if 1 week early is stopped. This is due to different problems- one of arrogance ki no 2 or 3 hai, TRP fluctuations kuch bhi ho they are set for a while in that slot. Second is laziness and ok to be mediocre attitude. No motivation to give a tight, well written plot. Kuch bhi chalta hai basically. No care for editing, camera work etc. Lastly the clear impact of offscreen dynamics on script/screenplay. Anyone that refutes this is living under a rock and being blind to the obvious. NB is capable of delivering a good scene if he wants to, but he is choosing not to! He is utterly inconsistent and makers are not helping matters by making V utterly nalla and useless on the show.

And what was that mispronunciation of Sairat as Sirat today by NB? And why didn't the writers bother to give V a line to correct Bk that it could well be chhoti Sai and not chhota V necessarily.

But how is stopping telecast of episodes for a week going to fix the problems of poor writing, laziness, mediocrity and unprofessionalism.

In any case they are 1-2 episodes behind now. So if they stop 1 week they will make that 5- 6 episodes. But i dont see their quality improving despite that.

They don't care about Sairat anymore. Even if some good scenes are there, they edit it out especially the good shots in which they are there together. They don't want to give much scenes of them together especially after confession as it can no longer be standing far off and talking. So they are avoiding i feel.

Now after this Sam s accident there will be no good scenes for many more months together.

The last nice one was before her last exam.

The team can not schedule their shoots to meet tight deadlines..

The whole team is unprofessional.. Hence Neil gets such leeways.. Currently the show is running on Ayesha popularity ..toh kuch bhi ghusa dete hai like yesterday episode

Though I feel Neil should be warned by the channel.. Otherwise the the channel itself will loose it's credibility for favouritism 🤢

However actor's do have a life and commitments other than this. It's the ph job to write and plan story accordingly ..

Both Neil and Ayesha are humans after all

Ya but my point is, if ML is taking time off for personal reasons and that potentially affects their screenplay or story, thats not ok. And if he's being allowed to take time off, means ph/makers are cool with it even though they are supposedly running a tight ship. 🙈🙄
