He went out his full frustration that day ,because he got frustrated. It was not easy for him to remain decent when sai used to wear sleeveless suits at night.I don't know how he used to control himself😲.

One more weird thing is pregnancy glow comes in 2nd trimester that too not definitely. Sai being a doctor should have figured out by math rather than a nurse talking about the glow
