I have seen similar incident after 9/11. An Indian family in my neighborhood lost their son who had just moved from West coast. His father died of cardiac arrest within a week after the son's demise. And the mother died within a year because of the grief she endured due to the loss of her son and husband.😭

I've only recently discovered the show and I find it so interesting and wellput together considering it’s an ITV thriller.
It's not even the main plot that necessarily impresses me. It’s the dynamics between the characters and their backstory’s. Whether it’s Shraddha-Abhay’s relationship and their parenting styles, their respective friendships with Prasad and Charu (thankfully Shraddha-Abhay’s life doesn’t just revolve around each other and their family), Shraddha’s background and childhood trauma or Vijay’s dynamic with his protégé Seema and ACP Chaudhary.
The cast is well-used too. Everyone contributes to the story in one way or the other.
I wouldn’t say they’ve gone completely off track but yes, it is dragging little. I think they really copped out with shraddha getting into the drug cartel. It ended too soon. I wished they’d continued with that and really shown how far she could go to gather information about Savni's whereabouts.
