My first thought was dream but I am think it probably isn't. Abhi is suppose to be on vacation but maybe an emergency happened so Akshu shows up to Birla Hospital and decorates the room as a surprise to Abhi after his surgery since he will be upset that he had to leave Akshu is my guess.
