He is telling Azka, she will be acknowledged and respected as his wife, they will pray together, eat together, make decisions together, consummate and have children as well. These are conventional needs/wants. He just thinks he can’t love her, flirt with her, play with her, have mundane conversations with her like he did with Shanaya.
