Jagtap is vicious, and is just getting more evil with his unstable vile acts. He enters a house and is forcing a married woman into marrying him. Right in front of her family.
I kind of liked Bhavani today. She is the matriarch for a reason. She may be grey and cruel in her ways, but the woman has the guts to stand up to these men. And did I see a flicker of care for Sai. She is not ready to forsake the house for Sai, because it belongs to the entire family. She is mean that ways. She blames Sai for all the mess. And I denounce all of those actions. Today when Sai was going to take on Jagtap, she held her hand to stop. In fact even when the lawyer has suggested Sairat to separate to detach Sai's right on the property she never considered it as an option. With all the flaws in her, she is definitely a brave woman. In fact even the fuddu Omi stood up to cover her when Sai started recording. Small nuances, which say they have it in them. Wonder what the might would be if they were united in actual sense. Samrat shined here. He has been the one holding up all the anger the most. He has been watchful and only raising his voice here and there. But today it was the peak, where he was left with no choice. He had to react and he did. But the ominous lines from Jagtap - "Pehle main tujjhe marega phir isse shaadi karega" 🤞
Why didn't Mohit do an live instead of recording? That could have been the end of it. But I still feel Sai has saved or shared the recording. She still has a copy safe with her. Just an inkling there.
Virat was trapped. Sunny seemed surprised. I'm still hoping that he hasn’t backstabbed. But where did he vanish after Virat's arrest? And how naive of an ACP take money from anyone? Well maybe because we already doubted the ploy.
Jagtap/Vitthal took the revenge by having Virat arrested. Now Sai and Virat are separated. The power divided. He has taken away Sai's biggest strength in physical capacity, and with the arrest targeting her emotionally. Jagtap gauged and got a taste of Virat's strength. So he cut him off. But he again undermined Sai's support system.
The cell scene another parallel with when Sai was arrested and V promised to prove her innocence. And here the roles reversed. The only constant. Samrat! But again Virat's lines bore a reference to impending doom. "Kaali se kaali raat" - It is only getting more darker and dangerous. More difficult for them. "Savera ji ummed ki kiran se hoga wo tu hai hai Jeeva" - Virat being arrested, it is going to be Samrat all the way with Sai. But will that mean that it will be his death that will bring them out of their darkest night?
Jagtap's actions are becoming desperate and heinous. He is beating his own low standards. Stooping to lowest of lows. I feel he is an mentally unstable guy who has been spoilt rotten by an equally notorious father, and is only riding high on that position. For Jagtap his confidence comes from his father. He feels his father is invincible and that makes him unconquerable. He feels the world is his own and he can choose to have things his own way with anyone. He is not brave or courageous, in fact he is the opposite. It is only this bubble he lives in, that makes him do such crimes. He feels he can get away with just about anything. He enters Sai's room with the same mindset. How else would he have ignored the family intervention to save Sai? The planning is not Jagtap, it is Vitthal. Jagtap is only a mad dog who has been let loose. The moment he finds himself cornered without his father and henchmen, he is a lost scared kid trying to find an escape.
Samrat was 🔥. He stood up to his words, protecting Sai from the disgusting Jagtap. This is Samrat who can do anything for his family. He is the mature, forgiving, patient one. But you can't undermine his strength when it comes to protecting his family, his loved ones. He beat up Jagtap black and blue. The rage, the anger of a brother for the man who attempted to violate his sister. That was unpardonable and Samrat did justice. But with that he has entered Jagtap's elimination list. The broken tooth was again a reference point of the revenge plight when Jagtap will come to it.
Precap - Samrat is unforgiving, and without remorseless for his actions. But Omi might chicken out to save himself. This again could be a trap to close on another noose with attempt to murder charges against Samrat or the family. Instead of making it a self protection attempt, if they try to dump Jagtap out stealthily the case would change to murder attempt.
Look at the security and the state of infrastructure at the house of ACP of Nagpur. I pity about common citizens there.
Totally agree with your take on Bhavani. She was the only woman who stood up against Jagtap, even when he pushed her away. She may have her issues with Sai but in face of danger, she will still care for her. Whereas people like Omi, Patralekha would feed Sai to the wolves.
Mohit should have done live recording. This would have been the only scene that the actor would have aced.

The way Samrat bashed the shit out of Jagtap, he was in full protective brother mode. I felt a little sadder.
I love your take … I just loved the fact .. that they gave samrat a swan song .a fitting stage to make a bow out of the story .. if he’s supposed to make an exit a final one ..
this was definitely different from KD .. and over there .. gogna was not supposed to mark out badshah
They have made it a parallel to KJ .. track .. when virat was away for samrat wedding .. and Sai was attacked and then KJ was brought down ..
I hope with his death .. jagtap dies too ..

I felt like the "main bhi" part of the hug looked like improvisation from Ayesha.
The smiles, the laughter from all three of them looked too genuine to be scripted.
They looked like NB, Ayesha and Yogi for that fleeting second rather than V, Sai and Sam. 😳
