yea, I really love their relationship and I like how it developed naturally and does not come across as fake in any way. both these women are mirrors of each other and so there is a natural friendship that develops and there is trust and mutual respect.

I agree their bond has been developed amazingly over time.

naima shows that you can be both gentle as well as very shrewd. she is a good judge of character and has a good read on people. what I love about naima is that she may be disabled in body but she is not disabled in spirit. she is positive, accepting of her condition and does not take out her frustration on those around her. at the same time, she is not a pushover. she is a gentle leader of their house and knows how to get things done. so she isn't helpless. this is such a great contrast to other shows where gentle characters are always rona dhona and majboor. they are forever being picked on and it is frustrating to watch. instead, here they show gentleness and strength can be together in one.

Ikr she is not dumb most of the time nice people in dramas are dumb she is nice but also very intelligent and has good understanding of people over all . She is amazing as a person.

also I love how zainab has such a strong self-respect. it is so irritating to see these shows where they keep getting married to cousins but the relatives hate each other. it makes no sense 😂 why would you marry into a family if you all hate each other? so I absolutely enjoyed the scene where she told her brothers how they did not give her place in the house and she will not be sending their daughter to them. it was hands down the best scene of the drama so far for me. I even re-watched it a few times. 😁

Zainab is strong and I'm happy she can give back to whoever is doing wrong to her.

with naima and zainab, we can't forget the role wahab plays and how respectful he is of both women. he never saw naima's disability as a problem or irritation. however, he was lonely especially as shehroz kept ignoring him. but he didn't complain about it. so he was in some need of companionship but he didn't want his relationship with naima to be broken in any form. with zainab, she was plainly just looking for security and respect.

wahab is very mindful and respectful of zainab's relationship with farooq, her ex-husband, and her love for ushna. he understands that just as he loves naima and does not wish her place to be stolen, similarly, zainab has a special place for farooq. so because they are all getting what they need from each other, there is no comparison, no competition, no upmanship, no mocking, nothing. instead, there is a friendship, companionship and real respect. wahab and naima accept ushna 100% and also leave the decision making to zainab. there is no overpush or manipulation.

zainab does not try to supersede naima's authority, is happy to take her input and also be her real friend and companion. zainab is happy to let naima do her bit while she does her bit in the house.

so it is really lovely to see such healthy relationship between the parents.

All in all this drama is good in so many aspects and characters are decent. Leaving few out

He is akru but dil ka saaf. Yes he is arrogant but maybe after his marriage with ushna, he may get change.

thats what I am enjoying about this drama the most -- they are showing that just because you are nice does not mean you are a fool or that you are a pushover or you resort to just rona dhona. am so tired of such dramas and characters. it makes it seem like being nice is a crime and just plain idiotic. so it is really refreshing to see a drama where they show that you can be nice and smart at the same time and know very well how to set boundaries.

Exactly it's not a typical story. Here Female lead is not dumb. Yes she is majboor but she has self respect. She knows how to take stand for her.

The best thing is there is no sautan, saas bahu drama. If there are negative characters then there are positive characters as well to balance the story.

Been watching this show from the start, I love the whole enemies to trope story and this is done well, there's a lot of comedy in their interactions and Ushna gives as good as she gets, and she has so much self respect. This is absolutely how an enemies to lovers story has to be treated, where the ML and FL are on equal footing and their bickering is super fun because you never feel that the power equation rests with one person, Usama and Anmol actually have great great chemistry, neither are super strong actors but their chemistry makes it work. I actually watched a very melodramatic daily soap called Noor where their chemistry was just lit and so when I saw promos of this show with the whole bickering, I was like I am watching this. Also love the respect between Naima and Zehnab and that they are not shown to be dumb people who will forgive and trust their relatives despite how they were treated. Hope the show continues giving power to both leads and this bickering continues.

Sufiyaan is now becoming super irritating. Bhai bus karo jaan choro ushna ki.

The most surprising thing is that shehroze is all ready to do nikkah with ushna 😳

he was so ferocious! I think the jealous outburts in some ways helped shehroz to accept ushna as his responsibility and his future wife. even I was surprised at how firm his YES was for a nikkah. now, there is no going back for him at all.

I was laughing when ushna oh so casually and with a bit of awkwardness tells sufiyan that zainab has fixed her wedding with shehroz. 😂 this girl really does not care for sufiyan at all. she is fond of him but not enough to disrupt his life. he asks if he is the only one running behind her but is not smart enough to understand the answer. the girl is not melting down or running behind him. and it was so irritating to hear him smack zainab as materialistic and status conscious on rejecting him. so I loved that in later scenes, zainab point blank told him that his family was greedy and ushna is not some object to be kept and discarded at will.

the next episode should be fun as well -- wahab sir is angry!!!!

youtube ended up showing me the shortened version of noor as a video and I did watch it. they did have great chemistry there but their characters were rather tame. I like this serial better because they are both on fire here. it is fun to see them both push and pull against each other. like you said, they are emotionally on an even footing which makes their interactions hilarious.

Ok now I felt after watching the episode

Shehroze confronting Ushna was okay

Barging into her room still not ok

Shehroze has accepted that he and Ushna are going to be married So in his mind she is his fiance

And Sufiyan saying that Usna also loves him(liar) he had to make sure what it was about

Shehroze loves his mom and will do anything for her happiness He's ready to marry Ushna for that but come on how would a person feel if someone 3rd will say your partner loves me

Mummy ne bola shadi hogi so even He's ready

They didn't show Shehroze bunching Sufian . But I was satisfied when Sufian returned home injured.😈
