That scene was so beautifully executed! I honestly think that a part of him was shocked to see his mother speaking up to Harsh -- and he knew that it was because of Akshu, her love, and her innocence. I think he was already on his way to get her, but that scene just put things into perspective for him even more. Because Manjari was literally describing the essence of who Akshu is -- she may appear dumb to others, but those who know her know that the way in which she loves people, and her innocence are her greatest strengths!!
