I don't think Manjari is going to patch them up. But, I also don't think there is anything wrong with her telling Abhi about her own feelings about the party and how Akshu just wanted her to be happy. Abhira are already communicating on a way deeper level than they were before marriage. Communication takes time to develop. I don't think that Akshu isn't listening. Had she known how traumatized Abhi is about the anniversary and the depth of the problems between Harsh and Manjari, she would have never planned this party. Yes, Abhi has told her that his family is not like her's and things are different -- but, where Akshu comes from, love and attention can bring any family together. It is just their difference in upbringings. Until Akshu knows why the Birlas are the way they are, things won't move forward. It's not so easy to open up about traumas, so I don't blame Abhi either.

And I don't agree that she is doing the opposite of bringing people together/healing the family. The change in Manjari is already evident. She herself told Abhi that for the first time, she felt supported. She confided in Akshu that she always wanted to celebrate, but Harsh never made time for her -- so, she did want this party, but she knew how Harsh would react too. She is already giving Manjari the strength and value she needs. Of course Akshu is going to mess up before she gets it right.
