Yeah, his character has definitely taken a turn. I think Kairav has failed in a lot of ways, but at the end of the day, he loves Akshu more than his own life. Also, I think maybe he didn't realize her value until she was gone...as is the case with the rest of the Goenkas as well. I guess no matter what has happened in the past, they are her family and they cannot see her hurting, even if they themselves have been the reason for her pain. I love sibling bonds so I'm fine with Kairav for now... but seems like he is going to become super overprotective and tamasha will happen because he will overstep.
I know Kairav is Akshu's real brother and stuff about they being there for each other after their parents death... But somehow I don't like Kairav's sudden protective behaviour towards Akshu..
It obviously is because of the change in writing and Kairav's character being the victim of it.. but Kairav is absolutely the last person who has any say
