In real life in india, interns are allowed to prescribe most medications but the supervising doctor will be held accountable for errors so obviously the supervising doctor will be very careful to ensure that they are notified about big decisions and nothing major is done without their knowledge. And there's always a heirarchy. Interns can call PGs who know more than them and are actually licensed mbbs providers atleast and who can guide them. Theres a system - 1st call to 4th-5th call and last only is attending. But yahaan par toh they have erred by showing thurat as the seniormost. Itnaa senior hota tog he'd not panic for such a small thing ..they should have made him a PG or someone a little less experienced. Khair....

For example it will say PO oxycodone 5mg q4h prn or IV morphine 2mg q4h .

And in the paper i think the ink for Sais handwriting and thurat is different . So analysing that will prove that thurat used a different pen to add the +1 later on.

Sai is in best med school in Nagpur. The set up they showed wasn’t one in such big teaching hospital/ where are house physicians/ registrar? How is Sai not expected to report to anyone of those before prescribing anything esp on 2nd day of her internship? She could say Dr. Thorat told me to give med & that will be acceptable answer with responsibility falling on Thorat. Dr. Thorat should be responsible for the situation Malhar was in. Attended by junior most non licensed physician without supervision. Even resident physicians are not allowed to work like that on the second day

In real life Sai will have to write each order with time & nurse will have to sign that when she gives the meds. Nurses write notes every timer here is some action. So there would be entry about Dr. Thorat giving meds or absence of note saying Sai ordered & gave meds.

Rest orders were one on each line so why was this 1+1? What does one mean? No one signs paper at the bottom. There should be signature with each order & no one would add one especially for pain med

Thorat was never introduced to V... even when he heard them the first time, V wasnt in uniform and Sai introduced him as VSC... and not ACP... so this was a deliberate setup for Thorat.

Although I had a feeling that he was a good guy... my assessment is completely wrong in that aspect.

Post mortem report will be the proof definitely but from what I know they take time to process... there's a short PM (which hints) and Detailed report which has all the info ... Doctors... correct me here if I am wrong.

Actually like you said, Thorat was taken aback seeing V as policeman, so he was putting a brave front... but actually he shouldn't have blamed Sai if he knew Malhar consumed alcohol... and neither call police... just blame it on the patient. But I think he went on backfoot because he gave extra dose and took bribe... so he thought of conveniently blaming Sai... didn't think this through.... V already knows Thorat troubles Sai... so ofcourse he doesnt trust him. Upar se Sai is not the person to give wrong dosage. To ye sawal hi uthatha ki Sai ne galat kiya... It would be bigger challenge for V to prove otherwise.

I have a feeling Jagtap will turn saviour for Sai but I dont want him near Sai or make her feel indebted... if at all a confrontation happens... I want V to be present with Sai... even if both of them are on backfoot.

I will be happy .. if Bhavani Nagesh Chavan herself goes abd gets her bail done .. stands by her .. and says she trusts Sai .. she walks the talk .. and supports her .

If this was a time to resurrect the Chavan family .. then this is it .. the family works together .. mohit n samrat even omi . .. gets evidences and pulls out Sai

Virat obviously will help her out ..Sai goes down in sorrow .. but Sonali cheering her up and feeding her ..

most of the star plus families show some love .. this Chavan family is always negative .. this maybe a chance for them to stick together

Oh is it!! I don’t believe Sammy quitting unless I see any proof. There are more chances of aish putting up papers and leaving to start a family. 😅

That's the crux of the matter k how sai comes out of this.She will becoz of virat n jagtap, Donna how. Jagtap will be like my target n I will handle this..how he fits here will be interesting. Virat will have to fight three battles - law, jagtap n CN zoo😔

Just wish the makers handle this track properly otherwise no resurrection of ghum possible. Still hate them for rushing everything. Just why can't stop one week ahead episodes n work on quality.
