Usually doctors have protection with insurance against litigation. Hospital will get involved too but main party accused will usually be the attending doctor. Interns will never be liable. Sai cannot be blamed because shes still a trainee. Anything that happens will fall on her supervisor. Vicarious liability. So Sai getting arrested as a junior trainee doc makes no sense.

I agree that this track shouldn't have happened so quickly.

I wanted Sai to save the guy.

But I'm happier with this track over ZA crap n PP interfering between Sairat.

I wanna see them show V as supportive and not too stand offish in the name of farz...

I'm yet to watch epi but I think this track has potential despite the obvious plot loopholes that are gaping as always...

No there's lot left from KD. They pretty much copied everything from KD so far except the post Shruti track & MiMo track.

I dont understand how Jaggu will be fit into this track. Because if Sai is in custody then Jaggu cant meet her in jail. And if shes out on bail then she can't return to work until the charges are cleared. If shes cleared, then jaggu can be out for "revenge" .... Even before this guy dying jaggu was out for Sai.
