abhi needs to make it up for this..it was disheartening to see ak like this..I knw he is doc bt leaving her all alone tht too on her 1st was too much..🥺now I understand what Manish was worried abt these birla’s are robots they don’t have feelings at all..😡I loved abhi bringing flashlights to welcome ak tht was such a cute thing to do bt I absolutely adore tht scene where ak was holding his sleeve n giving herself abhi’s gift..❤️❤️It was cute as well as heartbreaking..🥺such things matter a lot for girls n abhi is not there with her..🙄I want abhi to do some hatke for her..😍
My heart broke for both Abhi and Akshu today....Akshu especially because of the bedroom scene. The entire episode was just setting up dynamics for what is to come, and I think the makers did a good job with it. Yes, the Birlas are doctors, and their patients always come first. But, they also use it as an excuse not to prioritize each other. Both things are true, and Akshu will slowly start to understand that + mend their relationships with each other. And all throughout it, Abhi will be standing by her side, bringing light into her life... just like he literally did today with the flashlights!Originally posted by: iheartChai
I felt really bad for Akshu today. Even though she may have had an inkling of what the Birlas are like the high of the wedding is still in the air and the thought of not having another wonderful surprise and family fun never crossed her mind. Reality just deflated her balloon. I really felt for her when she was trying to give herself a pep talk in the room.
There are these interesting clues around the Birla house regarding how the family lives. Like that intercom phone system. They live in the same house but they rather call each other than walk down the hallway and speak to them face to face? Also those surgical scissors and that many? Is he giving free surgeries around the neighbor hood on his days off 😆 I'm hoping Abhi's room is going to get a makeover soon cause it seriously needs one. But I guess RS spent so much for the wedding and he has another one to on his other show funds are low. Probably also explains that bad bracelet 😆
I have a feeling Abhi falls asleep in his office dreaming about romancing Akshu.
I really don't want an medicine allergy khannd where Arohi makes a mistake and Abhi gets the blame. Or because he's so tired he may actually make the mistake but Arohi catches at the last minute and saves him? That could be an extension of the new relationship between Arohi and Abhi if the makers want to continue white washing Arohi so she can eventually get with Neil.
Pre-cap:
Harshvardhan has no respect at all. And he's really isn't smart to realize that him continuously disrespecting Manjari or Akshu is not going to improve his relationship with his son. He's exacerbating the problem by doing these things. Abhi hasn't learned yelling also doesn't solve the issue. You may win a battle or too here because your voice is the loudest but the war still stretches onward.
Akshu has seen the fighting before but now she gets front row tickets like the rest of the Birla family watching father and son go at each other while Manjari gets caught in between trying to keep things calm between them.
Birla House is like a Halloween house of horrors 😆
I am still hoping the sequence is not a dream! 😆 But there was no guitar in the room today, so that's a bad sign lol!
And huge drug kaand is coming. I just wrote a few days ago that we are definitely getting a track of Abhi being blamed for Aarohi's mistake/carelessness at work, but didn't realize it would get here so soon. I much prefer that + Akshu then proving his innocence than for them to show him messing up just to whitewash Aarohi even more. But, a lot of people on Twitter seem to think that will be the case.
I don't blame Abhi at all! This is the reality of this profession, and Akshu understands that really well. I felt so bad for both of them. Akshu was heartbroken and tried to cover it up, and Abhi felt so guilty, but had no other choice. They will both have to learn to balance and prioritize each other, their families, and their careers. That is what this entire story is about! And, of course he will make it up to her! He literally was remembering her face in the OT because he missed her and felt so bad. Yeah, Manish's concerns were always valid as a father...especially when it comes to Harsh 🤢 That man is vile beyond words.abhi needs to make it up for this..it was disheartening to see ak like this..I knw he is doc bt leaving her all alone tht too on her 1st was too much..🥺now I understand what Manish was worried abt these birla’s are robots they don’t have feelings at all..😡I loved abhi bringing flashlights to welcome ak tht was such a cute thing to do bt I absolutely adore tht scene where ak was holding his sleeve n giving herself abhi’s gift..❤️❤️It was cute as well as heartbreaking..🥺such things matter a lot for girls n abhi is not there with her..🙄I want abhi to do some hatke for her..😍

Am happy atleast Neil and Majarinwas there with Akshu... poor Akshu she was sad yet trying to comfort herself..... she is full of love and so understanding...both are lucky to find each other....
Am happy they showed the reality of doctors....and Abhira ll learn how to balance life and work...
Papa birla this man never changes..... 😡There was no need to insult food and a newly married girl on her first day at home...he doesn't understand human feelings... so disgusting....😡
All he sees is Akshu being another person he has to compete with for his son's love and attention. This man does not even understand the meaning of love and he's so blinded by his own ego that he cannot even figure out why his son is even mad at him. It's not because he fights with his mother though that is true but its the fact that he disrespects his mother and fights with her in such a disrespectful manner. He also disrespects Akshu who was once his girlfriend, fiancée, and now wife.
The very fact that Abhi told his father straight up that he did not want him to tie the turban on his head as it was suppose to be a blessing for his wedding and how can someone who does not know how to value relationships possible give blessings to him on his marriage day when he hasn't even accepted his wife to be. I mean that's a pretty direct statement of what his father would need to do to get on Abhi's good side.
The Harsh-Abhi scenes hit a little too close to home for me for personal reasons. Harsh deserves 0 respect from Abhi in my opinion, because respect is earned. Just being an elder doesn't mean that you automatically get to be worshipped by your kids or those younger than you. I 100% agree that Abhi has serious anger issues that he needs to work on, because him yelling at Harsh, at the end of the day, only makes things worse for Manjari and Akshu, both of whom he is trying to protect. His intentions are correct, but the way he goes about it is wrong. However, bearing all of that in mind, I also understand why he yells. Harsh does not hear him or anything he says. He does not give a crap about his emotions. Growing up in this environment, I think that Abhi probably felt the only way for him to get his voice across was to yell. Harsh is the one who starts it, and Abhi reciprocates. This is how abusive households work. To stand up against an abuser, sometimes you feel that you, too, have to match their tone. Abhi has witnessed this since he was a child, and I am sure he has been deeply traumatized.
I feel if there's anyone who can solve this issue between them it's not Akshara. It's Manjari herself. Harsh disrespects Manjari, Manjari stays silent and then Abhi yells at Harsh while defending her. It's high time she takes a stand if not for herself then at least for Abhi. Abhi would be so proud if she gives it back to Harsh not by yelling like him but in her own calm way.
Manjari is a victim of abuse. Harsh has been treating her this way their entire marriage. It's not so easy to stand up to your abuser. It is easy for us to say, but it is so hard in reality. It's not a matter of just taking a stand for yourself. She is literally terrified and so scared of him. These aren't conscious decisions to be made. She has been conditioned to stay silent. But, yesterday, perhaps for the first time, she gave it back to him for Akshu. I think the way that Manjari will find her strength is through Akshu, because she refuses to let what happened to her happen to the girl that she now considers her daughter. A lot of times, we cannot fight for ourselves, but when someone we love is threatened, we find our voice. So, it will indirectly be through Akshu!Originally posted by: Life_Is_Dutiful

Welcome to yrkkh Land. Here the respect is not earned , it's forced , just bec they are elders. Harsh is a little more ott but in every season we had several characters for whom I said the same thing..that just bec they r elders they get a free pass..but yrkkh land mei they always do that. Harsh will be idhar udhar character , he is just like mimi of s3/ kartiks dadi of s2 ...akshu will always worship Harsh in a way that she will never give up on him like manjari . Sometimes he will be good sometimes mean but akshu will always respect him
While I agree and have always said that much of Harsh's toxic behavior towards Akshu and Manjari is due to his insecurities of them taking his son away from them/him being jealous of how much Abhi loves them, it cannot be reduced to that in my opinion. The reality is that Harsh is representative of so many Indian men who have a superiority complex with egos that go through the roof. They are raised to think that they are the kings of the household simply because they are men. And that attitude is so evident in Harsh. Just the fact that he considers Anisha his own daughter and loves her so deeply, but then spews insults at Akshu and Manjari is indicative of his sheer hypocrisy. Add on top of that that Manjari is a homemaker and he believes that Akshu's career is fake -- he has 2 more reasons to hate on them. Him literally saying "ew" to the kheer shows how entitled he is. He is on a power trip.Originally posted by: iheartChai
