My heart is so full for Akshu. Poor thing was so excited about the post wedding rasams/games. And she was all prepped and prepared for her test. 😆 (Even abhi would not have been this mentally prepared for his mbbs exams 🤣). I was so touched when she felt the “Birla house” nameplate with so much love. She is so pure. Her excitement was so contagious that even though I knew there was not going to be anything much for her welcome, I was still disappointed when they opened the door and it was all dark and quiet inside. The darkness and silence inside is actually a representation of the sad reality of Birla house. All the love and care amongst family members is either buried or replaced by competition, ego and insecurities. Akshu has a momentous task ahead of her to bring light/sunshine and music to the Birla house. she is surely going to get there but it’s gonna be a long and challenging journey. And in the process, she is going to find herself with abhi’s help. Ufff!! I can’t wait for what lies ahead. The drama involved would surely want us to pull our hair out at times but it all gonna be worth it.

Abhi- Can this guy get any nicer? Such goals yaar!! I can’t even start to describe him in words. The love, respect, care, concern he has for akshu is wow!!! Just wow! Loved how he was there to support and calm down not only akshu but her whole family during bidaai. He doesn’t just say “meri akshu” but truly considers akshu as his, her happiness/sadness/problems all being his responsibility now. Just like how he told arohi, “akshu ke har sukh/dukh par mera copyright hai”. Love him for always being there for her. Abhimanyu Birla, you have my heart ❤️.

Manjari- I am loving her more and more everyday. The way she is standing up for akshu and supporting her 👏👏👏. Harsh ki bolti bandh ho gai thi aaj. And I also appreciate her for instilling such strong moral values in abhi.

abhira+neil+Manjari- these people will be each other’s support system in the drama ahead. I wish makers don’t spoil this dynamic.

Beautiful points, Reva! My heart broke for both Abhira when they saw the darkness in the house. Abhi knew it from the moment he saw the closed door. It reminded me of one of the beginning episodes when he came home to rangoli and a closed door. He knew what was coming once he went inside. This is his reality. In fact, it is the reason for so much of his sadness, insecurities, and trauma. The Birlas don't prioritize each other, and it has nothing to do with them being doctors. He knows this and is far too familiar with it, but for once, he hoped that for his Akshu, things could be different.

As for Akshu, this poor girl has handled disappointment over and over again in her life. She won't show it tomorrow and suck it all up. She is the most understanding and mature person when it comes to these things. It is also important for her to realize the reality of the Birlas, which she doesn't fully know. My heart shattered seeing her so excited and her face fall, and also her expression in the precap when Abhi has to leave. Of course she knows how important his career is & always has/will be understanding. But, her first day in this new house...even with Manjari and Neil there, Abhi is the one who makes her feel comfortable.

This will be the story of both Abhira finding balance between their families, profressions, and prioritizing each other. And, it will be the story of Akshu, with Abhi's support, bringing happiness to the Birla family/teaching them the power of love. The dynamics and foundation has been laid really well!
