Yeah, I noticed Shefali's expression too! I think she knows he's an awful husband so it's weird for her to see him being nice to Akshu? I know husbands like that in real life where they taunt their wives nonstop but then are kind to other people's wives. Let's see though!

I think that even with Parth and Nishita... it's the same thing- the Birlas have never prioritized each other!!

Truly Abhi and Akshu have been raised so differently. I got this feeling when Abhi saw the door closed he sort of knew where his family really was but seemed like he didn't want to break Akshu's heart by telling her the reality he knows about his family and traditions. Because of the marriage Birlas did attend what was required for the rituals pre-marriage and dealt with some of the rasams though rather with irritation. The only ones enjoying were Abhi, Manjari, and the rest of Birla children when they needed to be involved (Neil, Parth, Nishtha, and Shefali). Mahima has mentioned on various occasions she doesn't care for such rasams. I was actually surprised not to see Parth and Nishtha. I was fifty fifty on whether Shefali would be there or not. But since they belong to Anand and Mahima's side I guess they don't bother too much about rasams post marriage. Then again could have been creatives choice to purposely leave them out to make it feel even emptier when Akshu arrives.

I feel bad for Akshu but at the same time the most important people in Abhi's life and who actually value and respect relationships where there to greet them. So I'll take it as a positive that the ones that truly wish Abhi and Akshu well were there at the door. I'm sure Akshu is going slowly add more people in her group. It's going to take some time though.

So those who guessed it Abhi will end up having to go to the hospital for an emergency case instead of spending his first day/night with Akshu. Of course he's going to have to work with Arohi 😆 we just cannot escape her. I'm fine with Mahima and Harshvardhan being the khaand makers in the next track but I want Arohi to actually be neutral. We already had to deal with the accident track I really don't want to have to deal with her again. I still want a break.

I wonder if we will get the new song dream sequence with Akshu alone in the room? By the way she is looking gorgeous with the sindoor in her hair. She has full right in that room now. Maybe we can have a funny scene of her deciding what can stay or go in Abhi's old room as it is now their room 😆I want a scene like that. Neil can take down notes and start ordering things.

That room is in serious need of a makeover. I know RS is low on money cause he sent the crew to Jaipur but they can afford a set update. Afterall Naksh mamu never showed up. Who knows if Anisha 2.0 is coming or not 🤣 FD wants Reem there instead.
