I remember there was this old movie 'Dosti'..i haven't watched it but it was based on friendship, was a bumper hit and had some masterpiece songs.
When it comes to friendship Sholay always comes to mind first. Jai Veeru's friendship is something else. Next on the line is Anand, though it's mostly about different relation dynamics Anand formed during his short stay. The last tape recorder scene with Anand's dialogue starting with Babu moshay still gives goosebumps. One of the most iconic scene in cinema.
This is best movie i saw n last 25 years on friendship
Friendship is not having party and [picnics together you help friend in trouble and nnever leave them alone all life
Dil Chahta Hai ❤️ It was goofy, often real and oh-so-beautiful. Loved how the characters dealt with situations that can tear them apart, but always came together in the end.
Plus, the songs are amazing. Koi Kahe and DCH take me to another era 😍
From this list timeframe
Kkkh - pyaar dosti hai forever lol 😂

This poll is very tough, indeed.
Cocktail was a good one on friendship too.
so was Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani .... the friendship Ranbir and ARK shared was kinda cute.
I loved Veere di wedding without even watching it...
Chhichhore. I just loved this movie to bits. Need to a re-watch again

Male-centric polls and movies aren't a patch on female bonding for me. I'm a dude, but I grew up surrounded by lots and lots of awesome ladies, sometimes there'd be 10 women in the same room chatting away, cooking, feeding a baby, reading something, booking an appointment etc... proper maternal/auntie/didi vibes... so that's my bag.
I loved Veere Di Wedding - partly because I went with my bestie but we went for dranks beforehand and ended up quite tipsy by the time the lights went down. And of course we performed Tareefan at the end when everyone left the hall.
(I just remembered this moment ☺️)

Now that my faux male feminist rant is over, I'd like to declare that 3 Idiots and Dil Chahta Hai are far far superior movies. 👍🏼
ZNMD was an awful cinema experience for me. I just didn't connect with it. I was distracted by all the posing that Hrithik Roshan was doing. The pouting. With his new dyed hair colour. And I've always been a fan of his, but this was different. Not for me.
The best thing in that film was Kalki. I hated the music too. The ending of the film did really move me though, really loved it, but it was too little too late,
Hopefully, we get this soon ❤️ >
