Think it's two different scenes. First scenes surprise simple grahpravesh and second scene I think abhi called for surgery 🤔

Yeah! And there have been several scenes where she has said she knows she is getting married to a doctor and what that entails. Akshu is not one to get upset or create scenes over this type of stuff. She is so deeply understanding and for her, it's all about the emotions! Even during the kheer scene, she happily made it herself and said that rasams shouldn't cause stress. She will be sad of course, because this is how she grew up with celebrations and people being present. But, now, they are going to explore Abhira's differences in upbringing, etc. and it will be beautiful to see how they handle it together.

akshu abhi ko sab ke saath and dusron ke liye jeeb=na sikha degi...and abhi akshu ko khud ke lie jeena sikhayega...abhi se dono ko shaadi ke baad ke roles mil gayeen hain..😂
