I don't think that Akshu was saying she is going to prioritize family over Abhi. She clearly mentioned him first in every vachan and then brought up family. That is just who she is. She will take family along and make sure that everyone's problems are solved, but that does not mean that she loves Abhi any less! In fact, to me, it shows the depth of her love, because for her to make his family her own and vow to love them as her own just shows how much she values him at the end of the day. No no! I didn't mean she kept the family as her priority over Abhi. She has kept Abhimanyu and their families both as her priorities. And I agree that's who Akshu is..

What I mean is I don't find the families deserving. Manjiri and Abhi ke cousins are.. but the other elders. They always leave a bitter taste.
