I don't think that Akshu was saying she is going to prioritize family over Abhi. She clearly mentioned him first in every vachan and then brought up family. That is just who she is. She will take family along and make sure that everyone's problems are solved, but that does not mean that she loves Abhi any less! In fact, to me, it shows the depth of her love, because for her to make his family her own and vow to love them as her own just shows how much she values him at the end of the day. She is going to heal all of his relationships and fix his family. She will bring colors and brightness into all of their lives. This is one of the many reasons he fell in love with her!
Every frame had such much love in it today! Abhi is goals! And the way Akshu was just looking at her Abhi and admiring him or just looking at him!
I know Akshu always has family as her priority and hence her vachans also must have it. That's her essence. But I don't know how deserving that family is that..
Anand and Mahima should have 1st considered if Abhi would have been applied for his invite to the conference! He isn't into all this and him pulling strings to take Akshu along is not possible!

No no! I didn't mean she kept the family as her priority over Abhi. She has kept Abhimanyu and their families both as her priorities. And I agree that's who Akshu is..
What I mean is I don't find the families deserving. Manjiri and Abhi ke cousins are.. but the other elders. They always leave a bitter taste.
But if Abhi and Akshara conference ke bahane Chicago aa gaye toh mein jaa ke milungi unko. June tak Chicago will be reliably warmer too!
