This scene today - I liked the dialogue but can someone tell me what was the point of this scene? Does it mean that Virat is definitely sorting out the internship issue soon ? I didn’t quite get the context of khichdi-kheer reference here.

My interpretation is that khichdi pakna is generally said when there is not so honourable motive... As in you are hiding something. Also signifies mish mash/confusion..

But kheer is sweet ... So probably he meant that it's not that we are hiding something... We are doing something good... You will get it when it is done.

Internship ka to pata nahi but something good will come out of Sai's result is my understanding of the line.

Even I thought she should get pregnant.. my favourite part was the boat ride back home ., that time Rono asks for forgiveness.. but emon does not say much .. she just lets it go .. says those are bad memories I don’t like revisiting them .. it was so sad .. that the period when she had her child had such terrible memories for her ..

that’s why I felt she could have got pregnant again in this phase .. but they wanted to keep the fight for Pekhom between RK and emon burning 🔥.. and also Rono to yearn for michhil ..

I stay in Singapore… was born and brought up in Kolkata .. parents still live there .. I am half Bengali.. through my mom .. so understand and read Bengali quite well .. as I grew up and studied in Kolkata ..

so all emon Wala jibes I got easily .. as emon used to speak Kolkata ka college ka language ..
