My honest feeling is this:

The mandir scene was inserted as a premonition kind off thing and not for immediate track. Because even if it's fake or surrogacy... It takes atleast few months for the symptoms to come. And even though they have sped up a few days the immediate issue is Sai ka internship and training. Without showing it directly showing pregnancy makes no sense. If at all they do run, it would be in parallel.

Secondly either they didn't estimate the backlash or if they hadn't took a step back now before they can formulate it further. The reason i feel this is the very cool and casual approach from BK Mansi Ash on this prophecy. Seeing how superstitious they are, they should be hysterical.

Also Sat episode was heavily patched up. So if they indeed had such a scene in continuation, it was definitely cut.

If it goes like illegal organ track, then Sai ka naam news main aayega somehow and that's how the family will know.

The Ujjanpur track is after Shruti 2.0 dies. Here, if there are taking it now, then it will be like Virat is forced to arrest Sai, regarding her role in the accidental death of a patient. He arranges for her bail, and decides to find out the true culprits as well as the persons responsible for the illegal trafficking of newborn children from the hospital. The Nurse is proven guilty

See he saw these two getting cozy and then saw Pulkit excessively praising her. So even if he is not negative but by the looks of it is a tough task master... He will make sure Sai gives her 100% or is not given any excuses.

Very logical and important... That's how jobs and real life works. If they indeed show Sai getting flustered balancing both it would be good to see. Yahan pe V ka bhi test hoga, how supportive he is... How he manages to sneak her out everyday 🙈

I have sacrificed my Diwali vacation in my first job because we had a deadline. Not just me the whole office was working on neckbreak speed.

The other time only my team was working on Dushera day when the whole office was empty.
