It is about personal preferences. They allow memvers being called bhaktas but return jibes such as khalistabis, jihadis, ricebags etc are not tolerated at all. Look at how mockingvird was let go and puppita got banned😆

Bhakts to bohat mild hai.. the kind of words they used and still are let go. Moderators have simple excuse of inform us we will take action. We aren't school kids anymore ki shikayte lagate fire. But mods are very fast to take action on right wing members.

Ek bar ho do bar do teen bar ho.. maana they also have lives but if it happening many times there is clear Bias.

Since when Bollywood forum got divided into left and right leaning ideologies?? Btw please tell me which side represents what so that I can also choose a side.

Normally I am more right of center… in political parlance.

Political and religious debates have been happening on Bollywood forum from long time. Moderators have been lenient in allowing these discussions to take place. However, the problem arises when they allow left-leaning ideologies to run for days but act quickly when a right-leaning ideological thread is created.

Case for example this thread: Kabir admitting using movies as tool to pass political messages | Debate Mansion (indiaforums.com)

But the point here is that I've repeatedly asked that if the moderator was taking action, shouldn't they also inform? Repeated requests were ignored, and the Moderator's only response was to raise the warning level?

Aap ek baar bol do you like PM modi, aapko bhakt, sanghi n choicest words se pukara jayega. Hum to galiya khake immune ho chuke.

But in general, Political discussion is rampant here. Which is fine to me. I like it. Although political discussion has become tool to spread misinformation as it is happening on every social media platforms.

Since Modz here do volunteer work, they are not bound by rules and they do have their own bias. Another factor is many of the moderators are Non-Indian born adults and it also has its own impact as they are not really aware of India’s ground reality.

All in all, if political discussion shouldn’t be allowed, it should apply to every ideology. In general, I have noticed, left leaning threads run for longer timeframe.

P.S — if you ask for my opinion, I would ask you to allow all types of political discussion for as many pages possible. 😆

I've been silent about it for a long time, but had enough of it today. There was no reason to shift the thread to dungeon. There were no fights going on. What was the point of moving the thread to a location that no one visits? how else will the discussion take place?

If such threads are not permitted, one standard response should be used for all similar threads.
